I often explore the symbolic meaning of candles as representation of time. The painting captures the subtle dance of light and shadow cast by the flickering flames, emphasizing how something as simple as a candle can represent the fleeting nature of moments and the way time quietly unravels in our lives.
I love to paint, draw, listen, and observe. My art practice centers on creating creatures, telling stories, and collecting colors. I find joy in bringing life to colours, inanimate objects, living creatures, it’s a process that connects me with love, emotion, and secrets. Through my practice I explore myths in cultures, channel the natural around me, and connect with beliefs.

Talking to the moon
oil on canvas 2024
My artwork revolves around the themes of time, memories, and our bond with nature. It depicts how our lives are intertwined with an endless array of moments, symbols, sounds, and colors, merging seamlessly. As time progresses, memories gradually fade, making it difficult to recall when they occurred. The specific details and emotions tied to past experiences may become blurred or indistinct, but they remain preserved within our consciousness, much like the color blocks, symbols in the paintings. In addition to eroding memories, time has the ability to reshape our perspectives, priorities, and understanding of the past, ultimately influencing how we perceive the present.
The moon holds a significant role in mythology and nature, as it is associated with cycles and time.
